Fred is a member of the Uganda Law Society and an advocate of the High Court of Uganda. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He has extensive experience in corporate and insurance legal risk and compliance and has previously worked with reputable law firms in Uganda where he gained great practical exposure in handling civil and corporate matters and commercial transaction-related issues. Fred has been company secretary to several small and medium enterprises (SMEs) trading in Kampala where he has led to their successful board restructuring for better corporate governance.
