Brief info
Emmanuel is the firm managing partner with the overall responsibility for the services referred to the firm. He has extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial Transactions Practice and Advisory, Insolvency Practice and other legal matters. Emmanuel is an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a member of the Uganda Law Society who has previously worked with reputable law firms in Uganda. Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), a postgraduate diploma in legal practice (Dip. LP) and a master of laws (LLM). He is also a PhD candidate and a lecturer at the School of Law of Uganda Christian University, Mukono.
